Hawaii Geothermal Injunction Update: County Of Hawaii and PGV file motion for "summary judgment" against the community they have been poisoning and covering up for 35 years #AOLEPGV

Today we have to go over something very important, which will determine the future of Moku O Keawe : the first of its kind Geothermal Injunction, filed april 5th 2024 in 3rd circuit Court by Sara Steiner , against the county of Hawaii, Zendo Kern of Planning dept, and Puna Geothermal Venture .

Israeli owned PGV and the County Of Hawaii (this fake state and israhell have been in bed together from day one ) have filed their responses and also filed to move for summery Judgement.

This move is typical of these corrupt entity's (the county of hawaii and pgv) , as they all work tirelessly 25/8 to cover up any truths at all regarding Hawaii Geothermal and it's corruption. It's all a lie , and our injunction exposes it all , which they cannot have .

this would basically throw out decades of proven scientific evidence from university's and volcano scientists doing years of research within the lower east rift zone of kilauea volcano and surrounding areas of Puna Geothermal Venture .

It also means hundreds of sick community members over the span of 35 years , medical diagnosises, are just , once again, ignored called crazy and thrown out . It means that tutu Peles direct lineage descendants who are also in this injunction (many people are . Sara -my mom- filed it as she is the paralegal community activist who has been fighting this foreign entity alongside the native community here for 35 plus years now , but within the declarations of the injunction there are MANY COMMUNITY MEMBERS AS WELL , and volcano scientists , etc etc) are just ignored and dismissed, when in reality, this is HER REALM .
